More Than a Soccer Academy. A Place to Grow.
Coconut Creek International Soccer Academy is dedicated to developing complete players through elite coaching, character development, academic excellence, and an international pathway to Barcelona.
More Than a Soccer Academy
Coconut Creek International Soccer Academy was founded with a single conviction: that young players deserve a professional development environment where technical excellence and personal growth are equally valued. We built this academy for the player who wants more — more challenge, more structure, more purpose.
From the very first session, every player is known by name, understood as an individual, and held to a standard that reflects their potential. Our coaches do not simply run drills — they build relationships, set expectations, and guide players through the challenges that shape character as much as skill.
We believe that the habits formed on the training pitch — discipline, resilience, teamwork, and accountability — are the same habits that define success in education, career, and life. That is the foundation of everything we do.
"We don't simply develop better soccer players. We develop confident young men prepared for success in sport, education, and life."
Six Standards We Never Compromise
These six standards guide every training session, every decision, and every player's journey at Coconut Creek International Soccer Academy.
Excellence Every Day
We pursue improvement in every training session through professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail.
Player Development First
Every decision begins with what is best for each player's long-term growth.
Character Before Results
Respect, humility, accountability, and resilience are more important than the final score.
Think International
We prepare players for opportunities that extend beyond their local environment through the Barcelona Elite pathway.
Education Matters
Academic excellence supports athletic success and prepares players for life beyond soccer.
One Academy. One Family.
Every player is known, supported, challenged, and valued as part of our academy family.
Our Player Development Philosophy
Every training session is built around six principles that guide our coaches, shape our players, and define the Coconut Creek International Soccer Academy experience.
Every age. One philosophy.
Elite Coaching
UEFA-inspired methodology delivered by experienced, licensed coaches committed to individual development.
Technical Development
Mastery of the fundamentals — first touch, passing, movement, and decision-making — built through deliberate repetition.
Tactical Intelligence
Players learn to read the game, understand positions, and make smart decisions under pressure.
Character & Leadership
We develop leaders on and off the pitch — players who compete with integrity and lead by example.
Academic Excellence
We hold our players to high academic standards, understanding that education and sport reinforce each other.
International Pathway
Selected players access the Barcelona Elite Pathway — training in Spain, competing internationally, and experiencing European soccer culture.
Six Commitments We Never Compromise
We Develop People Before Players
Character, integrity, and leadership come first. Soccer is the vehicle.
Every Session Has a Purpose
No wasted time. Every drill, every rep, every conversation is intentional.
Education Matters
We expect academic excellence. The classroom and the pitch are equally important.
Think International
We prepare players for a global game and a global world.
Family Environment
Every player is known, valued, and supported — by coaches and teammates alike.
Pursue Excellence Daily
We do not wait for match day. Excellence is a daily standard, not a result.
A Professional Training Environment
One Academy. One Family. One Standard.
From the youngest beginner to the oldest elite player, every athlete at Coconut Creek International Soccer Academy trains under one unified philosophy built on excellence, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
